TapeTrader.com  Popular

TapeTrader.com is an online service built for tape traders, by tape traders. Over the years we've seen our practice grow in numbers, as well as in technologies. What was once almost entirely supported by a few Deadheads spinning cassette tapes in the parking lots of shows across the country, has grown into an Internet full of people trading all kinds of live music in all kinds of media. New digital formats including DAT, CDR, DVD, MP3, FLAC, etc. have given us the ability to pass live music from fan to fan without the generational loss of quality the old cassettes were hampered with. And, new ways of connecting with other traders have given us more options for acquiring excellent shows.
